In Fort Howard of Maryland, just outside of Edgemere in Baltimore County, there dungeon. There is talk that they are persecuted by the spirits of the soldiers who fought in that war. I'd love to know the truth and see PROOF!

In the window the attic of a ghostly woman can sometimes be seen with a candle waiting for her soldier who returned from the war, but never does. Late at night people have reported sometimes see slaves hanging from the trees. The family cemetery is located directly behind the house. There is no electricity in the house but it has been reported that if a intruder enters, lights will flash. Many have reported spirits haunting this house many spirits not at rest here. A torso phantom has been floating in the larger of the two quarters by many people. People have the feeling that they are being watched. Nobody knows who is the ghostly apparition hovering or why on the barracks.

Finding a happy place in Cork, where I and my friends plan to stay a night or two to laugh. No places to give tours or anything, and must be free of security guards and preferably in a quiet area, with a little history of haunting. Remember, not places have to pay to enter. In Cork or surrounding area. I put already found out, are Charles Fort, but has security at night. And the top of the Hotel Commadore but I have to pay to stay the night and only have access to a room (would be very grateful for any knowledge of the haunts in Cork. Thanks;)

Just curious, it seems strange that many of my friends. I ghost hunt at Fort Niagara without any problem. I can not seem to get in a haunted house untrue.

Makes sense. In a town attraction Haunted plain to see, but supposedly real haunted places nothing happens.

 The house was built in 1880 and has served as a hospital, morgue, and a schoolhouse. One officer who lived there with his family,  Brigadier General Roy Strom, and his family nicknamed  the ghost lady Charlotte in the 1980s, and she has been called that ever since. They said she appeared wearing a light-colored gown with ruffled edges at the sleeves and hemline.  The ghost is believed to be the spirit of a woman who died in the building when it was used as a hospital in the late nineteenth century. 

Reports of pets acting strangely, things being strewn about, lights not working properly all the time, out of control doorbells and other strange things are a common occurance at this house,

We took a tour of the battlefield in the Spring of 2009. It was pretty chilly, so we didn’t stay long. It’s a pretty big place. We took a bunch of pictures, but I can’t say we had any paranormal encounters. A few photos have some strange things in them, but nothing conclusive.

People who have looked at this picture on the right insist that there is a soldier standing in front of the tree.  It’s hard to say for sure.  If you look  hard enough you can maybe make out a face, but it’s blurry and not very convincing.  All you can do is judge for yourself.

It’s a great place to visit if you have the chance.
